Oil viscosity reduction
for oil transportation

Produced oil transportation from pump stations to refineries requires significant energy, which is spent, in some cases, on oil heating and pump stations operation, as well as chemical additives used, among other things, to reduce the viscosity of oil and reduce the load on the electric motors of a pump station.
Our innovative solution, based on the ART parametric resonance activation technology, reduces viscosity by up to 80%.

About ART technology

ART technology is based on the method of creating parametric resonance in the atoms of chemical elements (liquid, gas, minerals), as a result of which long chains break up into smaller ones.
Main Principle of the ART

The core element of the ART is specific pump.
The rotational energy of the pump is transferred into the energy of chemical bonds of chemical compounds. The medium gets a new internal energy level. An increased energy potential appears inside the medium and excites molecules, resulting in breaking long chains into small ones at a certain resonance frequency (parametric resonance).

Benefits of the ART

  • Reduces oil viscosity by up to 80%*
  • Reduces energy costs
  • Reduces the cost of oil heating and additives
  • Increases the yield of light fractions by 5-15%*

*- depends on the oil assay.

10% of crude oil processed with ART affects the entire volume of oil
